Registration
Things to consider when completing the application/registration form:
1) Make sure that you provide the email address that gets you information the best. All communications will come via email.
2) It is important to understand that a completed and submitted application does not mean acceptance to the clinic. Those officials who have previously attended the clinic will be given preferential consideration, provided they have completed the registration process (including payment) before February 1, 2027. Based on your qualifications, you will be told at the time of your registration your acceptance status – pending payment of the clinic fee.
3) Within the registration form, you will have submitted your photo, which includes a Passport-style Head Shot photo - no ‘selfies’ of you in uniform, with your dog, etc. (see Ex. below). First-time applicants will be required to submit a resume and their 2026 Football schedule:
Resume - should be brief and include your current occupation, a current history of all sports that you have officiated, and references
Schedule - list only your 2026 football schedule – all levels
4) Upon completion of the application, you will be given instructions on the payment process. We will be using VENMO. If you have an issue with Venmo, contact Dick Honig as listed below.

we are offering 8 options for 2027:
FULL CLINIC - Double Occupancy - $750
This option includes Thursday - Housing (one night only), Lunch and Dinner, Friday - Breakfast and Lunch, Saturday - Breakfast and Scrimmage Lunch, and All Materials and a Clinic Gift.
FULL CLINIC – Single Room – $860
Same as the Full Clinic above, except single occupancy for 1 night.
FULL CLINIC - NO HOUSING (Commuting Option) - $700
This option includes everything in the Full Clinic option except the housing.
CLASSROOM ONLY - $400
This option includes all classroom sessions, Thursday lunch and dinner, Friday lunch, and clinic materials and gift – there is no housing and you will not be assigned a scrimmage.
ONE DAY CLINIC - $195
This option includes everything that happens on Thursday. Includes - lunch, dinner, speakers, materials, and classroom.
GAME EVALUATION ADD-ON - $35
This option can be listed as part of your registration but does not become active until you are accepted into the clinic. You can send us a copy of any game video you choose, and we will have an official in your position evaluate that video. ***When accepted, you will be given instructions as to whom and what should be sent.
REPLAY - Double Occupancy - $550
Includes one night (Thursday) of housing, lunch & dinner on Thursday, and breakfast & lunch Friday with a possible Scrimmage Friday afternoon. All clinic materials and clinic gift included.
REPLAY - Single Room - $660
Same as Replay option, but a single room.
REPLAY - NO HOUSING - $500
Same as the Replay option, without housing.
ADDITIONAL HOUSING - for Wednesday, Friday and/or Saturday
You will be provided a link to the hotel for you to secure your desired additional housing needs. Room cost will be at the clinic rate of $110 per night.
