Things to consider when completing the application/registration form:

1)      Make sure that you provide the email address that gets you information the best. All communications will come via email.

2)      It is important to understand that a completed and submitted application does not mean an acceptance to the clinic.  Those officials that have previously attended the clinic will be given preferential consideration - as long as they have completed the registration process (including payment) before February 1, 2026.

3)      Within the registration form you will have submitted your photo, which includes a Passport-style Head Shot photo - no ‘selfies’ of in uniform, with your dog, etc. (see Ex. below). First time applicants will be required to submit a resume and a 2025 Football schedule:

Resume - should be brief and include your current occupation; a current history of all sports that you have officiated; references

Schedule - list only your 2025 football schedule – all levels

4) Upon completion of the application, you will be given instructions on the payment process. You will have the option of using either VENMO or ZELLE. You will get an email indicating on how to handle the payment process when the application is processed.
