FULL CLINIC - $805
This option includes housing (for 2 nights – double occupancy), meals and materials. You will also work a scrimmage and be evaluated with this option.
• NOTE – if you are choosing this option please send two checks – one for $755 and one for $50.
Some participants will be assigned a Friday scrimmage and due to the distance to or start time of your Saturday scrimmage you may choose or be required to leave when the clinic ends on Friday. If you happen to fall into the above category – the $50 check will be returned to you.
FULL CLINIC SINGLE ROOM – $915
If you desire to have a single room – add $55 to each check ($810 & $105)
FULL CLINIC - NO HOUSING - $700
This option includes everything in the Full Clinic option except the housing.
CLASSROOM ONLY - $575
This option includes all classroom sessions, Thursday dinner, Friday lunch, and clinic materials – there is no housing and you will not be assigned a scrimmage.
REPLAY with HOUSING - $550
Includes one night (Thursday) of housing, dinner on Thursday, and breakfast, lunch & dinner on Friday. All clinic materials and clinic gift included.
REPLAY with HOUSING SINGLE ROOM - $605
Same as Replay option, but a single room.
REPLAY - NO HOUSING - $500
Same as the Replay option, without housing.
